This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal team as a Dietitian-Nutritionist in our Post-Acute Care Unit.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of our clients, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, and providing education and support to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of clients
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supervise students and new graduates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
  • Membership in good standing with the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
