As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' nutritional status and develop personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor students and new staff members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.
  • Current membership in the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
