We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at TownePlace Suites London. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating room reservations, managing guest requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate room reservations and manage guest requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
