About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 9449-0513 Quebec inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff, and prepare and cook meals or specialty foods to the highest standards.
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Skills: Dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Language and Work Environment

This role requires proficiency in English or French, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
