Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Restaurant Kalye Inc. / Kalye Restaurant Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
