About the Job

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time role. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external clients to gather and document business requirements with a focus on IT solutions.

  • Elicit clear business requirements with a focus on IT solutions and evaluate scope considering desired outcomes.
  • Active management of scope and requirement updates to balance changing business needs with delivery solutions.
  • Understand IT business processes and create process map/flow diagrams to visualize IT workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet their requirements. You will also identify opportunities for IT process improvement and collaborate in the development and execution of IT test plans and test cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience).
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of business analysis experience in SAP technology projects.
  • Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required (Word, SharePoint & PowerPoint, Visio is an asset).
What We Offer
