In beBee Professionals, we are seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide essential care to clients in our community.

Job Summary:

This is a rewarding role where you will assist individuals with daily living activities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility tasks.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
  • Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
