We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
