Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to our brokers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of client inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, working closely with our team to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a financial services or administrative role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in financial software and systems a plus.
