Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and manage overdue accounts through direct engagement with customers.
  • Help customers build their credit through monthly payments and educate them on financial products.
  • Capitalise on cross-sales and add-on products to increase revenue.
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of financial products to customers.
  • Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Manage collections activities for past due financial accounts.
