Job Description

Maa Varahi Corporation seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to achieve optimal performance.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
