As a Product Warehouse Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the incoming and outgoing product process, ensuring that the receipt process is performed in accordance with operating and safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the proper receipt and stowage of products.
  • Supervises the incoming product process ensuring the receipt process is performed in accordance with the operating and safety procedures in force.
  • Ensures shipments are fulfilled within the established time frame and according to required conditions.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Acts as a shift leader, responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
  • Protects from damage, theft, or misuse the facilities, equipment, and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
  • To participate in HSE objectives setting, define and implement programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance.

Experience/Education:

  • Experience working with mobile heavy equipment and/or warehouse experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience would be considered a strong asset.
  • Good knowledge of software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
