Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, adhering to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards within the warehouse.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations, contributing to process optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, adhering to all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a strong understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
