Job Summary:

At Tenaris, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Warehouse Shift Leader to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of products, as well as supervising the incoming product process to ensure compliance with operating and safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Responsible for the proper receipt and stowage of products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Supervises the incoming product process, ensuring receipt and shipment processes are performed in accordance with operating and safety procedures.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Ensures shipments are fulfilled within established time frames and according to required conditions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Acts as a shift leader, responsible for leading employees during their assigned time period/shift, coordinating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring work safety conditions.
  • Facilities and Equipment Management: Protects facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
  • HSE and Risk Management: Participates in HSE objectives setting, defines and implements programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working with mobile heavy equipment and/or warehouse experience, with previous supervisory experience considered a strong asset.
  • Education: Good knowledge of software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
