Product Warehouse Shift Leader

As a Product Warehouse Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the receipt and stowage of products are performed in accordance with operating and safety procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper receipt and stowage of products.
  • Supervise the incoming product process to ensure compliance with operating and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate shipments to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to required conditions.
  • Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensure adherence to all laws and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.
  • Lead employees during assigned time periods, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure work safety conditions.
  • Protect facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse, and report any incidents or observations.
  • Participate in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) objectives setting, define and implement programs and actions for continual improvement of HSE performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with mobile heavy equipment and/or warehouse experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset.
  • Good knowledge of software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
