Electrical Shift Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tenaris in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. As an Electrical Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance personnel and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
