Business Development Manager Opportunity

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business growth initiatives
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
