Business Development Manager

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage and analyze customer data to inform business growth initiatives
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
