About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales to join our team at JRB Signs Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective sales and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of business growth and development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and a customer-centric approach.
