Seasonal Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and achieve personal targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Assist in maintaining store standards and cleanliness, including stockroom organization and inventory management.
- Participate in educational initiatives to develop product knowledge and skills.
- Utilize point of sale systems and operational tools to process transactions and manage inventory.
- Follow standard operating procedures and seek feedback to improve performance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
