We're seeking a highly skilled Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and upholding our brand's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to store success and driving revenue growth.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions to stay up-to-date on brand offerings and sales strategies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Assist in driving our Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics, such as conversion, average dollar per transaction, and average unit retail.
- Support the maintenance of a seamless customer journey by efficiently processing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing the stock room, and maintaining the sales floor and stock room inventory.
- Provide expert product knowledge to customers, advising them on product recommendations and driving sales growth.
- Participate in all educational initiatives, demonstrating curiosity and passion for learning and development.
- Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures with excellence.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
