About the Role
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of mid-luxury or luxury experience. You'll be responsible for selling, clientelling, and providing a memorable experience to each customer. Your product knowledge will shine through in every interaction, and you'll be the go-to expert for our luxury jackets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote our luxury products with charm and enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging in genuine conversations and offering personalized recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and key performance indicators
