- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury performance lifestyle brand and products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive store results.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert recommendations to customers.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
