Grouse Mountain Retail Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at Grouse Mountain. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales through guest engagement and determining customer needs
  • Drive sales through recommending customized solutions and maintaining industry product knowledge
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Process and cashier transactions using store POS software and equipment
  • Maintain current and in-depth knowledge of mountain services, promotions, and policies
  • Participate in on-going training and coaching initiatives
Requirements:
  • Availability to work regular 6-8 hour shifts within store hours of 9 am to 9 pm most days
  • Successful completion of secondary school
  • Previous sales experience with emphasis on customer service
  • Proven sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate well in English
  • Non-Residents must provide unrestricted Canadian Work Permit
