Physiotherapist - Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary Allied Health team at Providence Health Care. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing patient-centered care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare teams on physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy practice.
- Baccalaureate degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC.
- Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
