Physiotherapist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group in Victoria, British Columbia. As a Physiotherapist with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in occupational rehabilitation, concussion and pain management, and vestibular and pelvic health.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits. You will have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
- Certification in IMS/Dry Needling with advanced orthopedic courses, notably in the pelvic health program, is an asset
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and work effectively with minimal supervision
