We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy View Royal in Victoria. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in occupational rehabilitation, concussion and pain management, and vestibular and balance therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in ongoing learning, mentorship, and skills development to stay current with best practices.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- Certification in IMS/Dry Needling and advanced orthopedic courses, particularly in pelvic health, is an asset.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is a definite plus.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
