Physiotherapist - Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and chronic pain.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of physiotherapy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
- Experience in treating patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, with a focus on occupational rehabilitation and pain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
