We are in search of a dedicated Physiotherapist to enhance our Complex Rehabilitation Support team in Vancouver, BC. This role is ideal for those who are committed to improving client outcomes and fostering health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and their families to set realistic objectives by assessing needs, planning, and delivering physiotherapy interventions within a collaborative healthcare environment.
- Determine eligibility for services, create individualized care plans, provide direct treatment, and empower clients to take charge of their health.
- Remain informed about the latest evidence-based methodologies and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
- Experience in clinical practice within Home Health settings.
- Possession of a valid BC Driver's License.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with the standards set by CPTBC.
- Capability to deliver evidence-informed clinical services.
- Awareness of community resources and healthcare regulations.
