Chef Specialist in Ethnic Cuisine

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Specialist in Ethnic Cuisine to join our team at Rockstar Kitchen Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking ethnic food and excellent culinary skills. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
In this role, you will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. You will also inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
A successful Chef Specialist in Ethnic Cuisine must possess excellent attention to detail, be physically demanding and have the ability to work in a repetitive tasks environment. The ideal candidate should also be a team player with excellent time management skills and initiative.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a permanent full-time contract with 30 to 40 hours per week. If you are passionate about cooking ethnic cuisine and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
