About the Role:

As a Head Chef at Il Gatto e La Volpe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. You will also be expected to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Prepare and cook Italian cuisine dishes for our customers.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dependability and initiative to take on new challenges.
