We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract a talented Chef who shares our vision and values.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Bradford and Scarborough. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that showcase the rich flavors and spices of Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine.

Your role will involve menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, as well as maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a professional Chef in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine, including ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
  • Excellent culinary skills, including knife work, cooking methods, and plating
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
