Hotel Operations Manager

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel department, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, ensuring a hands-on approach to hotel operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel performance and operations.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
- 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.
- Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
- Accurate, client-focused, and dependable with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and interpersonal awareness.
- Organized and a team player with a permanent employment status.
Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet hotel standards.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with a 32-hour workweek.
