Hotel Operations Manager

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our hotel department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and quality.
- Perform supervisory duties, including training and evaluating staff, and providing technical advice and guidance.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel operations, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff and guests.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
