Hotel Operations Manager

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel department, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and ensure quality control.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize downtime.
- 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and overtime requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to ensure high-quality results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects to drive results and improve processes.
- Interpersonal awareness and ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and management.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and management.
- English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- 32 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
