Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Harbourview Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that revenue targets are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
