About the Role

As a Collections Specialist with goeasy Ltd., you will play a vital role in driving business revenue by managing customer accounts and coordinating repayment arrangements for overdue debts.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with customers to resolve debt issues
  2. Making outbound calls to collect overdue debts and negotiating repayment plans
  3. Supporting retail operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities
  4. Ensuring exceptional execution in collecting financial loans
  5. Documenting collections activities and processes through administrative skills
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong math skills with basic calculation abilities
  3. Prior experience in call center, customer service, or related fields (asset)
  4. Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
