Job Title: Behavioural Therapist - Mental Health SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team at MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective therapy sessions to clients with various mental health concerns
  • Counsel individuals and groups to promote personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment
  • Apply psychological theory and principles to address behaviour and mental processes
  • Develop and implement intervention programs tailored to client needs
  • Presentation skills are required for delivering workshops, conferences, or symposia
  • Maintenance of professional boundaries while working with clients is essential
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: College diploma or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a 1-2 year program
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a related field
