Job Overview

This is a 6-month contract role located in Toronto, ideal for someone who can work in-office 1-2 times a week. As a Senior Account Director, you'll lead senior client partnerships, develop annual strategies, oversee content creation, manage teams, and ensure successful delivery of multiple campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual strategies with senior clients
  • Oversee teams to create brilliant digital content (creative, production)
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team
  • Manage briefs from start-to-finish, ensuring timely delivery
  • Liaise with clients and manage expectations
  • Communicate feedback to designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Ensure feedback requirements are met while protecting our values/brand
  • Plan and manage team workloads, keeping the Group Account Director and clients informed
  • Become a trusted adviser to clients by understanding their business, strategies, objectives, brand, audiences, and challenges
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to oversee statements of work/proposals
  • Maintain a strategic overview of assigned accounts, conducting regular internal client-facing reviews
  • Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence
  • Identify employee potential and match project tasks to maximize growth
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and recommend promotions or salary increases

  • You have a deep understanding of production and interactive processes and experience reviewing creative
  • You're commercially driven with experience handling budgets and timelines
  • You have proven business development experience and success
  • You possess resource management skills and ability to handle complex/sensitive issues
  • You have experience leading others directly and managing a team
