Executive Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at G Web Pro Marketing.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as establish and implement effective filing systems.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, confirm travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange for the maintenance of office equipment.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Planning and Organization: Assist with planning and organizing daily operations, including coordinating meetings and events.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and reliability are essential.
