Executive Office Coordinator

At Moudgill Financial Inc., we are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also evaluate daily operations, open and distribute mail, answer telephone calls and messages, and relay electronic enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Answer telephone calls and messages and relay electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Recruit and hire staff members when necessary
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma and at least 7 months of experience in a similar position. You should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced office environment and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
