About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to clients in the home medical equipment sector.

Job Summary
  • Job Type: Full-time | 6-month contract
  • Pay Rate: $23/hour
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: Thunder Bay, ON
Responsibilities
  1. Answer phones for oxygen, sleep therapy, and home medical equipment clients, as well as referral sources.
  2. Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries and product needs.
  3. Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite and JD Edwards.
  4. Provide accurate information and support to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Maintain organized records and documentation for all interactions.
Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or retail setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using JD Edwards.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and Public Safety/Terrorist Watch List Check.
  • Must provide 2 employment references.
