Our Journey
For the first decade, Bio Biscuit focused on private label production. However, with expertise in the animal food sector, we decided to make a difference in the market by launching our own premium brand, Oven-Baked Tradition, in 2006. Today, our brand offers a diverse range of 150 products, sold in more than 25 countries.
Join Our Team
We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and sourcing new customer opportunities within the defined territory through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and needs identification.
- Meeting and exceeding established sales goals as determined monthly.
- Gathering and recording all required customer information and store visit details into our CRM system.
- Liaising with distributor representatives and the distributor order desk to determine order status and build partnerships to grow overall sales.
- Developing Sales Reports for the Sales Manager in the CRM system.
- Attending trade shows and consumer events to promote Oven-Baked Tradition.
- Organizing and conducting Product Knowledge Sessions (Seminars) with distributor representatives and retail staff.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience in the pet industry.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales representative positions.
- Availability to work in Ontario.
