Sales Representative for Ontario Territory

Bio Biscuit is a Canadian manufacturer specializing in premium pet food for dogs and cats. Established in 1996, our dedicated team of over 200 individuals strives to enhance the health and well-being of pets through quality nutrition.
Initially focused on private label production for the first decade, we leveraged our expertise in the pet food industry to launch our own high-end brand in 2006. Today, Oven-Baked Tradition boasts a diverse range of 150 products available in more than 25 countries worldwide.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities within the designated territory through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and needs assessment to develop tailored sales solutions.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions and store visit details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with distributor representatives and order desks to monitor order statuses and foster partnerships to enhance overall sales.
- Prepare and present Sales Reports for the Sales Manager using the CRM system.
- Participate in trade shows and consumer events to promote the Oven-Baked Tradition brand.
- Conduct Product Knowledge Sessions (Seminars) for distributor representatives and retail staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in the pet industry.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales representative role.
- Availability to work within Ontario.
