Job Summary:

We're seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in our community. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients, engage them in person-specific community activities, and support them in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in person-specific community activities, including recreation, social activities, and life skill training

• Assist individuals to achieve their ISP goals, provide companionship, and model appropriate social skills to help build and maintain personal relationships

• Support individuals to stay safe by following person-specific plans

• Provide transportation to/from preferred activities

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle

• Pass a Massachusetts and nationwide criminal background check (CORI and fingerprinting)

• Current annual physical or the ability to be seen by PCP within 30 days

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
