Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Business Development. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition
  • Lead a team of Treasury Solution Professionals to maximize sales and business performance
  • Collaborate with Commercial Financial Services Sales teams to implement strategies and processes
  • Conduct effective sales management routines to drive business results
  • Represent and promote the RBC brand in the marketplace
Requirements
  • 5+ years of business and commercial banking experience in a financial services environment
  • Excellent understanding of financial products and services, including RBC Cash Management Products
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
  • Proven negotiation skills in complex client scenarios
  • Strong working knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • MBA
