Director of Business Development Opportunity

Sodexo Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our Campus and Universities Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through targeted account development and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Build and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and development
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client contact and details
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution
  • Experience in the Campus and Universities sector is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Superior writing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals
