Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our A&W Restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports, showcasing performance metrics and recommendations for growth.
To succeed as a Food Service Supervisor at A&W Restaurant, you will need:
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- A valid education certificate, such as secondary school graduation.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
