Food Service Manager

Bar Burrito is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to meet quality standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods, perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling, and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week.
