Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide feedback on performance.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive attitude.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
