We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Director to lead our team in achieving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Determine product offerings and services that meet customer needs and preferences, balancing profitability and customer demand.
  • Sources and procures merchandise for resale, ensuring timely receipt and effective inventory management.
  • Crafts and implements marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  • Develops and manages budgets, monitors revenues and expenses, and identifies areas for cost reduction.
  • Resolves customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
  • Recruits, hires, and supervises retail staff and/or volunteers, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
  • Oversees daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management, to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and analytics tools.
